Service Certifications
When it comes to your vehicle, it's important to get high-quality service and repair. Here at Motor City Auto Center, we offer just that. Our GM Service Department has an ASE Certification, giving you the confidence you need to trust us with your vehicle. In addition, our body shop technicians are I-Car- and AAA-certified.
Before our Lexus technicians take a look at your vehicle, they must pass technical training classes such as "Technical Introduction to Lexus" and "Hybrid Systems." They also receive training on a variety of parts and systems including the following:
Electrical circuits.
Diagnosis and repair.
Body electrical systems diagnosis.
Steering and suspension.
Heating and AC systems.
Engine control.
Electronic and computer control systems.
High-tech smart key systems.
Once they've completed these training sessions, our Lexus technicians become Master Certified. To maintain this certification, they must continue training.
